Terms & refunds

These terms cover your use of Deskbridge, the Mac app made by Elco Dev (“we”, “us”). By downloading or buying Deskbridge you agree to them.

Free trial

You can use every feature of Deskbridge free for 3 days from the first time you open it (trials started before October 21, 2026 keep their original 7 days). After that, Deskbridge needs a license to keep opening DeX.

Your license

  • A Deskbridge license is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
  • One license covers one person on one Mac at a time, for personal or business use. You can move it to a new Mac whenever you replace yours.
  • Use it with as many phones as you like on that Mac.
  • “Lifetime” means for as long as you use Deskbridge. Every update we release for Deskbridge is included at no extra cost.
  • Please don’t share, publish or resell your license key. We may revoke keys that are shared publicly.

Refunds

If Deskbridge isn’t right for you, email support@elcodev.com within 14 days of your purchase and we’ll refund you in full. No questions asked. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe; your license stops being valid once refunded.

What Deskbridge depends on

Deskbridge works with features of your phone and of Android that we don’t control — including Samsung DeX, which is made by Samsung. Full DeX needs a Samsung Galaxy phone with One UI 8 or later. If a future phone update changes or removes those features, some parts of Deskbridge may stop working; we’ll do our reasonable best to keep up, but we can’t promise that every feature will keep working on every phone forever.

Open-source software

Deskbridge includes open-source software, used under its own licenses. See open-source licenses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under those licenses.

No warranty

Deskbridge is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, and our total liability for any claim relating to Deskbridge is limited to the amount you paid for it. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Trademarks

Deskbridge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Samsung. Samsung, Galaxy and DeX are trademarks of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. Mac and macOS are trademarks of Apple Inc. Android is a trademark of Google LLC.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Changes never take away a license you already bought. Questions: support@elcodev.com.
